Quality complaint?
If you notice a defect or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include one or more photos with your message. Photos allow us to assess the situation immediately and offer an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Right of withdrawal
Under the applicable European consumer protection regulations (updated June 19, 2026), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Important: the right of withdrawal only takes effect once your package has been officially marked as delivered, meaning the shipment tracking shows the status “Doręczono" (“Delivered"). Until the package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
