How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 22:00 (CET):

Delivery usually takes 4–11 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All orders are processed and shipped from our production and logistics center in China. This allows us to offer competitive prices worldwide.

Where do you ship orders?

We deliver to any specified address—regardless of the country or place of residence.

How does a return work?

If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After verifying the return, we will refund the money to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Are there any exceptions regarding returns?

A partial refund may be issued for products that:

• show visible signs of use,
• are not in their original condition,
• are incomplete or damaged (for reasons beyond our control),
