We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from our store. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and simple return process.

How the return process works

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your order. Products must be in new and unused condition, with their tags and original packaging.

How to initiate a return

Contact us
Send an email with your order number and reason for the return to: kontakt@blaskura.pl 

We will reply to your message, provide all the necessary information, and give you the return address for our warehouse in China.

Preparing the return shipment

Pack the product securely—preferably in its original packaging. Make sure that all components are included and undamaged.

Shipping

Choose an insured shipment with tracking.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and printing the shipping label.
Keep the proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the shipment, you will receive confirmation by email.
The refund will be issued within 5 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase (processing times may vary depending on the bank).

Product exchanges

Would you like a different color or model? No problem—we will help you exchange it after receiving the return, provided the product is available.

Important information

  • Return period: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Product condition: unused, in its original packaging
  • Shipping costs: paid by the customer
  • Shipment tracking: required—we are not responsible for lost packages

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • the product shows signs of use or is damaged,
  • parts or the original packaging are missing,
  • the return was sent after the deadline or does not meet the return conditions.
