How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1-3 business days, and transport takes 3-8 business days, depending on the location. In total, it usually takes 4-11 business days. We send the tracking number by email once the package leaves the warehouse.
Does the set include a light bulb?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the light source is not included. You’ll find the socket type and maximum wattage in the description, so you can choose the bulb you like best.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after purchase. As long as the package has not left the warehouse, we can change the variant or address, or cancel the order. After shipping, the standard return option remains available for 30 days.
What if the package is lost or arrives damaged?
