- Glass and mirrors: check the shipment upon delivery; report transport damage to us within 48 hours.
- Textiles: colors may vary slightly from the images depending on your screen settings; wash according to the label.

Installation
Ceiling lights and wall lights are mounted to the ceiling or wall. Have a qualified electrician connect them to the 230 V electrical system.
Bulbs
Unless stated otherwise in the description, the light source is not included. You will find the thread type and maximum wattage in the product description.
Cleaning
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, without abrasive cleaners. Wash textiles according to the care label.
After delivery
Check the contents of the package. Report transport damage to us within 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1-3 business days, and transport takes 3-8 business days, depending on the location. In total, it usually takes 4-11 business days. We send the tracking number by email once the package leaves the warehouse.
Does the set include a light bulb?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the light source is not included. You’ll find the socket type and maximum wattage in the description, so you can choose the bulb you like best.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after purchase. As long as the package has not left the warehouse, we can change the variant or address, or cancel the order. After shipping, the standard return option remains available for 30 days.
What if the package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number, and we’ll take care of it. If you added Shipping Protection, we’ll immediately file and handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Your statutory rights and our returns policy always apply, even without this option.
